Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, stock movement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices/POs.
Maintain proper storage and systematic arrangement of materials.
Handle material issuance and ensure accurate stock movement records.
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Prepare and maintain GRN, stock transfer, issue, and other store documents.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and handling of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments.
Identify damaged, excess, slow-moving, or obsolete stock and report to management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory-control procedures.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Basic knowledge of ERP/software and MS Excel.Tally,
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
