Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage transportation, dispatch, inventory coordination, and delivery operations. The candidate should ensure timely dispatches, maintain logistics records, and coordinate effectively with transporters, warehouses, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.

• Arrange vehicles and communicate with transporters for timely shipments.

• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

• Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates.

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth logistics operations.

• Maintain dispatch registers, logistics records, and MIS reports.

• Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation expenses.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports using MS Excel.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain operations.

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and report preparation).

• Good knowledge of MS Word and ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Hindi (speaking) is mandatory.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation, e-way bills, and transporter coordination.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain logistics data accurately.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
