Job ki details

Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure on-time dispatch of shipments.
Lead and manage delivery associates to achieve daily delivery targets.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and route allocation.
Coordinate with hub operations and delivery partners to resolve delivery issues.
Track shipment status and ensure timely updates in the system.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
Monitor delivery performance metrics, including SLA, TAT, and productivity.
Train, mentor, and support new delivery associates.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance to management.
Manage return shipments (RTO), undelivered orders, and exception cases.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
