We are seeking two experienced and driven Sales Executives with a strong background in freight forwarding and international logistics. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in both Export and Import sales and will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing lasting client relationships.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital channels, and participation in industry events.
Conduct market research to identify client needs and trends in logistics services.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding performance, market feedback, and opportunities.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or related services (Export & Import).
Solid understanding of global trade, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and grow the client base.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
