Transport Coordinator

We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team at at K.r. Mangalam University. This role involves managing arrival and reaching of students at school and home safely and timely. You will be closely working with the Drivers, Students and Teachers/ Parents. This position offers ₹35k- ₹40k with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all the Busses/Cabs/Van routes and arrival

• Train team members and Bus drivers on Timely arrivals of Vehicals to the schools and Homes for the student

• Make sure that Students are reached Timely and Safely.

• Conduct quality checks of Vehicals to ensure Smooth Travel Experience to the Passengers.

• Process all reports timely

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 3 years of experience in School/University/Coorporate Experience as a Transport Incharge. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with Vehicals tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
