Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ziaken Inc to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹50000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.experience handling commercial projects

  2.Strong knowledge of market rates and material rates

  3.Capable of preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimatesCreate architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
