As we expand our production capabilities, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Inspector who can ensure that every product leaving our facility meets Brimag’s quality standards.

Role Summary

We are seeking a disciplined and accuracy-driven Quality Inspector to carry out in-process and final inspections, maintain quality documentation, and ensure adherence to standards. This role requires strong technical understanding, focus, and a commitment to maintaining defect-free production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of fasteners and components.
• Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Ring & Plug Gauge, etc.
• Identify defects, record NCRs, and communicate issues to the production team immediately.
• Ensure process-wise quality checks are followed as per SOPs.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, checklists, and quality documents.
• Support the Quality Manager in root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans (CAPA).
• Ensure product compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and standards.
• Participate in internal audits and support the implementation of quality improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness, calibration, and proper handling of all measuring instruments.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Mechanical or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality inspection in manufacturing or fastener industry.
• Strong knowledge of measuring tools and inspection methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Disciplined, accurate, and able to identify defects quickly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with production teams.
• Ability to follow SOPs strictly and maintain documentation.
