Quality Control Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to ensure the production of high-quality uPVC/Aluminium window profiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

ey Responsibilities:

• Inspect window profile products at various stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final inspection).

• Monitor dimensions, surface finish, strength, and color consistency of profiles.

• Ensure compliance with product standards such as EN, ASTM, or IS specifications.

• Identify and report non-conformities and assist in corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Maintain inspection and test records accurately.

• Calibrate and use measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Communicate quality issues to production and management teams.

• Support in internal audits and process improvements.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of profiles during inspection.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the uPVC or aluminium profile industry.

• Knowledge of extrusion processes and quality standards for window profiles.

• Familiar with tools like calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection methods.

• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

• Factory/Production floor environment.

• May involve standing for long periods and handling window profiles.
