Landmark: Near I.P.Extn., Metro Station and Patparganj Bus Depot

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate with shipping lines for Debit Notes, payments via ODEX,

bookings, and documentation.

 Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment

updates and document requirements.

 Prepare and share Daily Shipment Reports (DSR) with customers.

 Assist customers in completing shipping line-related documentation

accurately and on time.

Skills Required:

 Excellent communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).

 Basic knowledge of import procedures and common shipping terms

(e.g., BL, ETA, ETD).

 Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Email handling.

 Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
