About the Role

You’ll make sure every outfit leaving or returning to the store is in perfect condition and track its movement carefully.

Key Skills

- 2–5 years in garment quality check, operations, or logistics.
- Knowledge of cleaning, packaging, and alterations.
- Comfortable using Excel, experience in inventory management, tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools.
- Attention to detail and time management.

What You’ll Do

- Inspect all outfits before delivery and after return.
- Coordinate with cleaners, tailors, and couriers.
- Maintain daily tracking of garment status, dispatches and returns — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle returns quickly and prepare items for next use.
