*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Collect freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and transport vendors

2. Prepare customer quotations and respond to rate inquiries or RFQs

3. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for accurate pricing

4. Maintain updated rate sheets and negotiate with service providers

5. Monitor market trends and ensure pricing complies with company policies

6. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and partners
