Job Description

Picker and Packer – Job Description (Short)

Role: Pick items from warehouse shelves as per order list and pack them safely for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick correct items/quantities using pick lists or scanners

Pack items securely with proper labeling

Check for damaged/missing stock and report issues

Maintain clean, organized, safe work area

Meet daily targets for speed and accuracy

Assist with stock counts as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma (preferred)

Basic reading/counting skills

Ability to stand, walk, and lift 5 kg for long hours

Attention to detail, fast-paced work ability

Warehouse experience a plus (freshers welcome)

Work Environment: Warehouse/fulfillment center, shift-based work.
