JOB ROLE: PICKER/PACKER
JOB LOCATION: HSR LAYOUT, SECTOR - 7
JOB TIMING: DAYTIME ONLY (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
MONDAY - SATURDAY (6 days a week);
SUNDAY WEEK OFF + NATIONAL /STATE HOLIDAYS AS PER THE HOLIDAY LIST.
Daily Duties
Pick Items: Read daily order slips or printed lists, walk through warehouse aisles, and collect the correct items from shelves.
Pack Goods: Place items neatly into boxes, cartons, or bags, using proper packing materials (bubble wrap, tape) to protect them from damage.
Check Quality: Briefly look over items to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and correct before sealing the package.
Requirements
Education: 10th Class, 8th Class, or literate enough to read simple product names, numbers, and shipping labels.
Basic Abilities:
Ability to read basic numbers and words on order lists.
Punctual, hard-working, and disciplined.
Good teamwork and willing to follow instructions from the site supervisor.
Attach Labels: Paste delivery stickers, address labels, or barcode tags on finished boxes.
Keep Area Clean: Maintain a tidy, clean workspace and help move boxes or stock as directed by the supervisor.
