Job Description

Nexus Point is hiring Pickers for a Bangalore-based quick commerce dark store. This is a ground-level, highenergy role where speed and accuracy directly impact customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Pick orders accurately from designated bin locations within the dark store ▪ Ensure items are picked, checked, and handed over to the packing team on time ▪ Maintain bin hygiene and ensure products are correctly slotted post-replenishment ▪ Report discrepancies in stock or damaged goods to the floor supervisor immediately ▪ Meet individual pick rate targets to support store-level SLA commitments ▪ Follow all safety and operational SOPs at all times
