1.Ensure picking as per indent generated for the day and inline with delivery schedule.

2.Lead the team of micro counter for accuracy of picking and control measure to reduce errors.

3.Ensure gap analysis for indent vs pick and take corrective action.

4.Ensure dispatches from store in line with delivery schedule and window timing
