Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Pickers & Packers to support our warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking products as per orders, packing them securely, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from inventory based on order lists or system instructions

• Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit

• Label and prepare shipments for dispatch

• Ensure accuracy in order picking and packing (size, quantity, SKU)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

• Assist in loading and unloading of goods

• Conduct basic quality checks before packing

• Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for smooth operations

• Follow company safety and operational guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar role (freshers can apply)

• Basic understanding of inventory handling

• Ability to read and understand order sheets

• Physically fit and able to handle material movement

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Team player with a responsible attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in apparel or e-commerce warehouse

• Familiarity with barcode scanners / inventory systems

• Basic computer knowledge
