Position:

Picker & Packer

Job Location: Gurgaon Sector 14

Warehouse / Distribution Center

Salary:

Full Time - NAPS Hiring ₹15221(Net Take with DBT)+4800( Perfomance Bonus )
Part Time- Net Take Home ₹8915+PF+ESI

(Overtime incentives may be applicable)

Working Hours:

9 hours duty for Full Time

Rotational shifts / Day shift

6 days working per week
4 hours duty for part time
Morning and Evening

Job Summary:

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Picker & Packers to manage warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for picking products, packing orders, labeling, scanning, and preparing items for dispatch while maintaining accuracy and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products according to order sheets or system instructions

Pack items properly to avoid damage during transportation

Label and scan products accurately

Prepare orders for dispatch and delivery

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Check product quantity and quality before packing

Load and unload goods when required

Follow company safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

Male and Female Both

Minimum 10th pass preferred

Basic reading and counting skills

Physically fit to lift and move packages

Ability to work in shifts

Team player with a positive attitude
