Job Summary
The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching products while ensuring quality standards, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pick products accurately according to picking lists and customer orders.
2. Pack materials securely to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Verify product quantity, quality, and item codes before packing.
4. Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
5. Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
7. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices while handling inventory.
8. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
9. Assist in stock counting and inventory verification activities.
10. Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures.
11. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
12. Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
SSLC / PUC.
0–2 years of experience in Warehouse, Packing, or Logistics (Freshers can also apply).
Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
Physically fit to handle material movement and packing activities.
