Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Order Picking: Find and gather requested items from warehouse shelves quickly using a digital scanner or app.

  • Quality Check: Inspect products to ensure items are fresh, unexpired, and not damaged.

  • Packing & Loading: Sort and pack products securely into bags, then hand them or load them onto delivery partner units.

  • Inventory Control: Track stock counts, organize storage racks, and update labels. [1, 2]

  • Monthly Pay: Usually ranges between ₹14,000 and ₹25,000 depending on your city, shift, and experience.

  • Shifts: 9-hour rotational shifts (day, evening, or night) with a 6-day work week.
