Company: Amazon (LMspoke) Role: Picker / Packer Location: Multiple Locations (Chennai) – Poonamallee, Virugambakkam, Pallikaranai, Madhavaram, Pallavaram.

Salary & Work Options

We offer flexible shifts to suit your schedule:

Full-Time: ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month.
Part-Time: ₹13,000 - ₹17,000 per month (Includes PF & ESI benefits).
Alfa (Flexi-Shift): ₹336 per day (Includes PF & ESI). You can book your own slots and work based on availability.

Training & Benefits

Paid Training: 2 days of full training provided.
Training Stipend: ₹1,600 upon completion.
Benefits: PF and ESI contributions included as per government norms.

Key Responsibilities

Picking items from warehouse shelves based on digital orders.
Packing products securely for transit and labeling them accurately.
Scanning items and updating inventory records.
Ensuring the workspace is clean and following safety protocols.

Requirements

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods.
Basic understanding of mobile apps or scanning devices.
Reliable and punctual.
