Job Description (JD) – Picker & Packer (Blinkit)

Position: Picker & Packer

Job Responsibilities:

- Customer orders ko accurately pick aur pack karna.

- Products ki quality aur expiry date check karna.

- Orders ko time par dispatch ke liye ready rakhna.

- Store ki cleanliness aur inventory maintain karna.

- Team ke saath milkar daily targets achieve karna.

- Company ke safety aur operational guidelines follow karna.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.

- Fresher aur experienced dono apply kar sakte hain.

- Basic reading aur mobile use ki knowledge honi chahiye.

- Rotational shifts mein kaam karne ke liye ready hona chahiye.

Skills Required:

- Time management

- Teamwork

- Accuracy

- Basic communication skills

Working Hours:

- 9-hour shift (Rotational)

- Weekly 1 day off

Salary & Benefits:
