Location – Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore (WFO)

Experience – 1+ years

Salary – Rs 20,000 +

Notice Period – Preferably Immediate

Working Shifts – 5 days / Day Shift•
• Extra hours/days may be required during peak business phases

Mandatory Requirements – Logistics or warehouse operations, MS Excel, Handle pressure and multi-tasking

Optional Requirements – E-commerce operations, Logistics platforms

As the Logistics executive, you will be responsible responsible for daily coordination between packing, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with packing, logistics, and shipping teams to align dispatch priorities.

• Monitor order flow, packing status, and shipping timelines to avoid delays.

• Maintain daily dispatch trackers accurately.

• Ensure correct documentation for shipments (invoices, packing lists, labels).

• Liaise with logistics partners for pickup, tracking, and issue resolution.

• Weekly update on order flow, issues, and resolutions.

• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to management proactively.

• Support quality checks during packing to ensure products are dispatched in good condition.

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams for urgent shipments or bulk orders.

• Monitor packaging material stock levels and inform purchase requirements in advance.

• Prepare daily and weekly shipment reports for management review.

• Assist with all company operations as needed.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 1 of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and shipment tracking systems.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive shipments.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce or medical product shipping operations.

• Familiarity with logistics platforms like Delhivery, Shiprocket, or similar.
