Vendor Management(IT VENDOR )_
• Vendor management for IMAC
• Co-ordination with vendor for providing solutions to users
• Sign off on Installation Report
• Follow up with vendor for pending calls & escalation
• Analyze support and provide reports on the vendor performance
• Keeping track of assets sent for repairs and get them repaired in reasonable time and as per SLA
• Escalation to KMBL team for delay in vendor response in call closure
• Periodic discussions with KMBL and external vendor. Periodicity will be defined over the email.
