Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order Packing & Packaging: Carefully inspect, pack, and secure products according to brand standards to prevent damage during transit.
Order Preparation: Review order invoices, pick the correct items from inventory, and bundle them accurately.
Labeling & Sorting: Print and attach correct shipping labels, barcoding tags, and airway bills (AWBs) on parcels.
Quality & Inventory Check: Perform quality checks on items before dispatch and update stock status.
Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners and delivery drivers for timely handover of daily parcels.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing station organized, clean, and stocked with necessary packaging materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce packing, warehouse operations, or product packaging.
- Skills: Basic reading ability (to verify order receipts/labels), speed, and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
