Subcontractor Area(s) of responsibility We are seeking a skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with 4-9 years of technical and functional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing implementations, supporting projects, and working with the latest OTM Release Cloud versions. You will play a critical role in optimizing our transportation management processes and enhancing system integration. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your functional and techno-functional expertise in OTM to support and implement transportation management solutions. Manage and support OTM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Develop and maintain strong technical and functional knowledge of OTM application modules, including order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents. Prepare comprehensive mapping documents for interfacing OTM with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems. Translate functional specifications into detailed design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre. Write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks to enhance system functionality. Utilize JSPX/XSL for customizations as needed, with hands-on experience being a significant advantage. Oversee end-to-end OTM lifecycle implementations and maintain knowledge of OTM architecture. Provide support and handle tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Familiarity with ServiceNow tool for ticket management is a plus. Experience Level Senior Level
