Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in PTL (Part Truck Load) operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in load management, multi-location pickup arrangements, and end-to-end operational control across Pan India logistics networks. The role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of transportation via rail, air, and surface modes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily PTL operations efficiently.

• Handle load planning and load management for optimized vehicle utilization.

• Arrange and coordinate multiple pickup locations across regions.

• Ensure smooth movement of shipments through rail, air, and surface transport.

• Maintain strong Pan-India load connections and vendor relationships.

• Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with transporters, co-loaders, warehouses, and branch offices.

• Ensure cost control, route optimization, and service quality.

• Resolve operational issues and minimize delays.

• Maintain MIS reports and operational documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PTL logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of Pan-India load connections.

• Hands-on experience in multi-location pickup planning.

• Good understanding of rail, air, and surface transportation operations.

• Strong vendor and transporter management skills.

• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational MIS reporting.

• Ability to handle high-pressure logistics environments.
