Picker and Packer work in the warehouse, handling order picking, packing, and basic warehouse tasks 🏭

Salary & Benefits:

💰 In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month

🎯 Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month

🚀 Incentive: Up to ₹4,000

(On 26 days full attendance & performance)

⏱️ Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour

💵 CTC: ₹16,987 per month

Working Details:
