Currently we have an urgent job opening for Operations Executive with one of our clients, located in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

Position: Operations Executive
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Manage warehouse financing activities such as stock pledging and de-pledging.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly inventory reconciliations for overseas offices.
Declare stock accurately and on time on the FCA portal.
Maintain updated and reconciled stock reports in coordination with the accounts team.
Order Processing & Tracking
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) after business approval.
Update the Order Tracker MOM sheet daily to reflect real-time progress.
Track delivery milestones using the Delivery Order Excel sheet.
Process Management
Update daily task worklists aligned with individual Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Adopt and report accurately on new tech rollouts and User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure First-Time-Right (FTR) execution.
Attend weekly catch-up calls for country-specific operational updates.
Financial Support
Upload all monthly operational bills (warehouse, fumigation, storage, labor, etc.) for payment approvals in coordination with the finance team.
Required Skills sets:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
Strong documentation and MIS reporting capabilities
Effective stakeholder coordination and follow-up
Familiarity with inventory control and order-processing workflows
Attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence
Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
