📌 Job Title: Export Documentation – Executive

Location:

• Current: Dadar East, Mumbai

• From July 2025: Chembur East, Mumbai

Education Qualification: Any Graduate

📑 Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for exports by air and sea.

• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) to obtain competitive freight rates and negotiate the best terms.

• Ensure timely submission of export documents to CHA for customs clearance.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively address any issues arising during the export process.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions and documentation.

• Prepare Proforma Invoices and coordinate with the Billing Team to obtain export invoices and packing lists.

• Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and shipping documents to international clients.

• Track and maintain records of payment receipts from international clients, and escalate delays to the concerned authority.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
