Job Title: Mailroom Executive

Location: Prestige Lakeshore Drive, Bellandur, Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a mailroom or facility operations
Education: Any Graduate
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary

• ₹23,000 in-hand per month

Working Days

• 5 days a week

Shift Timings

• Rotational Shifts (Male Candidates):

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• General Shift (Female Candidates):

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and packages.

• Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and courier shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.

• Coordinate with courier vendors and internal departments for timely deliveries.

• Ensure confidential documents are handled securely.

• Track and monitor courier deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues.

• Organize and maintain the mailroom in a clean and systematic manner.

• Support administrative and facility-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a mailroom or similar administrative role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
