Logistics Supervisor

We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Backend Executive to manage data entry, logistics coordination, and backend operations for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Shopify, Excel, and basic IT tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage order data in Shopify and Excel

• Track logistics and update dispatch reports

• Maintain backend inventory records accurately

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

• Troubleshoot basic IT/system issues if required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, formatting, etc.)

• Familiarity with Shopify backend preferred

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
