Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities

  • Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams

  • Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and tracking of shipments

  • Prepare and maintain logistics MIS, reports, and dashboards using Advanced Excel

  • Handle route planning, cost optimization, and freight negotiations

  • Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams

  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints related to logistics

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics SOPs

  • Maintain proper documentation such as LR, POD, invoices, and challans

  • Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
