Plan, manage, and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams
Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and tracking of shipments
Prepare and maintain logistics MIS, reports, and dashboards using Advanced Excel
Handle route planning, cost optimization, and freight negotiations
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints related to logistics
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics SOPs
Maintain proper documentation such as LR, POD, invoices, and challans
Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
