Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team at at Candor Foods Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished goods.

• Manage transportation, dispatch scheduling, and route planning to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, challans, e-way bills, and logistics documentation.

• Liaise with transporters, warehouse, sales teams, and customers for smooth operations.

• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies proactively.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs during transportation.

• Monitor freight costs, negotiate with transporters, and support cost optimization initiatives.

• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate

• 1-4 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain (FMCG/food industry preferred).

• Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and e-way bill system.

• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
