Job Title: Fleet Manager

Department: Logistics & Transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and deploy drivers for trailers and other company vehicles as per operational requirements.

• Manage complete fleet operations including allocation, scheduling, and route planning.

• Ensure timely availability of vehicles and drivers for trips across PAN India.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fitness, insurance, permits, and compliance with RTO/transport rules.

• Track trip performance, fuel consumption, and reduce downtime of vehicles.

• Handle driver recruitment, training, discipline, and welfare.

• Maintain records of trips, drivers, vehicle expenses, and statutory documents.

• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and clients for smooth logistics execution.

• Control fleet costs, manage vendor/garage relationships, and ensure timely repairs.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Transport, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet / transport management.

• Strong knowledge of trailers, heavy vehicles, and logistics operations.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle drivers, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office / fleet management software preferred.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
