**Logistics Supervisor – Job Responsibilities (Amazon Tez Delivery Operations)****Role Summary:**Manage daily quick-delivery operations, supervise bikers, maintain roster, and ensure on-time performance with proper reporting.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and supervise all delivery bikers for daily operations* Prepare and maintain daily biker roster and shift planning* Ensure quick and on-time order deliveries as per SLA* Track attendance, productivity, and performance of riders* Handle rider issues, route allocation, and escalation support* Monitor live operations and resolve delivery delays* Coordinate with operations team and hub/DC team* Maintain discipline, safety, and company process compliance* Prepare and share daily reports (attendance, delivery count, performance, issues)* Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new bikers* Ensure vehicle and document compliance of riders**Skills Required:*** Team handling & leadership* Quick decision making* Basic Excel & reporting knowledge* Communication & coordination skills* Knowledge of last-mile / quick commerce operations
