Experience in logistics / last-mile delivery / quick commerce

Strong team handling skills (delivery bikers / riders)

Knowledge of roster planning and shift management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Blinkit / Instamart type operations)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Experience:

Experience with companies like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon Logistics

Handling 20–100+ riders team

Experience in dark store / micro-fulfillment center operations
