·      B2B Order Ecommerce operations to check & process.

·      B2C Order Ecommerce operations to check & process.

·      Stock report management.

·      Leading packaging team.

·      Assigning day to day work to packaging team.

·      Weekly Internal meetings.

·      Meetings with internal departments of the company for smooth operations.

·      Planning & Forecasting of operations & logistics.

·      Ensuring regular & timely supply of various orders (B2B & B2C).

·      Responding & Resolving customer service issues via emails & calls.

·      Maintaining daily order supply report

·      Maintaining daily return order report

·      Maintaining & filling PODs & GRNs of various order with packing team.

·      Day-to-Day Route Maintaining Day to day route maintaining for local deliver.

·      Need to make appointments for the dispatches far PAN India locations In the Absence of Senior Team members.

·      Make an E-Way Bill.

·      Coordination with supplier, distributor & courier person for pick up and loading.

Day to Day operations work.
