Warehouse Executive

We have an urgent job opening for the role of Warehouse Executive for Mumbai (Bhiwandi) Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to avoid damage and maintain quality.

• Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular inventory checks.

• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and ensure timely documentation (GRN, Delivery Challans, Invoices).

• Implement FIFO / LIFO and other inventory management practices.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to fulfil requirements.

• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch to customers/distributors.

• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to health & safety standards in the warehouse.

• Operate or supervise use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, and dispatch.

• Handle ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) or Excel-based inventory systems.
