Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Handle and maintain accurate documentation including invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery confirmations.
Monitor transportation activities and resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal procedures concerning transportation and logistics.
Update internal systems with shipment information, inventory data, and vendor communications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics workflows and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS – as applicable).
A degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
