Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Executive to handle on-ground relocation operations, including client site visits, planning moves, and managing labour teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client locations to assess relocation requirements and conduct pre-move surveys
Plan and organize packing, loading, and transportation activities based on client needs
Allocate, supervise, and manage labour teams for packing and moving operations
Ensure proper handling, packing quality, and safety of goods during relocation
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams for timely execution
Monitor on-site operations and resolve issues in real-time
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of labour staff
Provide clear instructions and training to labour teams when required
Track movement of goods and ensure timely delivery
Maintain daily reports of operations, labour allocation, and job status
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional on-site coordination
