Job Title: Logistic Coordinator

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming & outgoing trucks/tankers

• Manage weighbridge operations (gross, tare, net)

• Maintain gate entry/exit & truck movement records

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices & transport documents

• Coordinate with production, dispatch & transporters

• Track vehicle turnaround time

• Ensure safe loading/unloading as per schedule

• Maintain proper documentation (physical & digital)

• Basic inventory tracking

🔹 Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)

• Experience in dispatch/logistics coordination

• Weighbridge handling experience (preferred)

• MS Excel, Email & Data Entry knowledge

• Tally operation knowledge mandatory

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Ready to work in factory environment / shifts if required
