Labour Supervisor

• Training and Onboarding:
• Train new and existing workers on assignments, proper tool usage, and relevant safety procedures.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain records of tool and equipment usage, maintenance, and repair.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communication:
• Act as a conduit between upper management and the labor crew, relaying information and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Disciplinary Actions:
