We are seeking an experienced Labour Contractor to supply, manage, and supervise skilled and unskilled labor for our projects. The contractor will be responsible for manpower deployment, attendance management, statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth workforce operations as per project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor as per project requirements

• Ensure timely deployment and replacement of manpower when required

• Manage attendance, wages, and shift schedules of laborers

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and safety standards

• Handle PF, ESI, wage disbursement, and statutory documentation where applicable

• Maintain labor records including ID proof, attendance sheets, and wage registers

• Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for workforce planning

• Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to site rules by all workers

• Address labor-related issues, grievances, and absenteeism

• Ensure use of safety gear and PPE at the workplace

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
