Job Description

Manage end-to-end inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records
Maintain bin-level inventory mapping for efficient storage and retrieval
Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods systematically
Ensure timely inward and outward entries in ERP system (Odoo preferred)
Maintain stock data accuracy between system and physical inventory
Ensure daily reconciliation of physical vs ERP stock for critical SKUs
Implement and monitor FIFO (First In First Out) method
Track stock ageing and identify slow-moving or dead inventory
Monitor stock levels vs consumption and avoid overstocking/shortages
Implement minimum–maximum stock levels with trigger-based replenishment system
Support production line feeding (line-side inventory availability) to avoid downtime
Coordinate with PPC and procurement for material planning
Maintain GRN to put-away cycle TAT and ensure timely material availability

Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliationInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies

Ensure proper storage of materials:
- Wood (moisture control, damage prevention)
- Paints/coatings (safe handling)
Maintain inventory reports (stock status, variance, reorder levels)
Work towards reducing inventory loss, damage, and holding costInventory accuracy
Stock variance
Dead stock reduction
Stock turnover ratio

Audit compliance3–5 years’ experience in inventory/warehouse management

Experience working on ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Strong knowledge of FIFO and inventory control practices
Basic understanding of inventory reporting and reconciliation

Good coordination and attention to detail
