Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
Track stock levels, movements, and solve discrepancies in real time.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate and analyze inventory reports.
Identify trends, shortages, or excess stock and recommend corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and suggest improvements.
Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and control.
Compliance & Loss Prevention:
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages).
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordination and Communication:
Communicate inventory status to DGM/BGM and field sales team and commercial team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree of commerce / supply chain, logistics.
Experience: 2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory software (TALLY ERP) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
