Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
Conduct periodic stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch of orders as per company standards.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain relevant documentation.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage practices.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
Handle vendor and transporter coordination for smooth logistics operations.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on inventory, dispatches, and operational performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or Excel
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
