Inventory Executive

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain real-time stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock flow, and discrepancies for senior management.
• Analyze data and trends to forecast future inventory needs.
• Logistics & Operations:
• Coordinate the receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of products.
• Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, and sales teams to align inventory strategies.
• Oversee quality control for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Cost Control:
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize inventory costs and prevent overstock or understock situations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management.
• Supplier & Department Coordination:
• Communicate with suppliers for timely updates on incoming inventory.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that inventory needs are met.
