Inventory Executive

• Manage stock: Monitor daily levels of raw materials and finished goods, and place orders to replenish stock as needed to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate inventory records using software and conduct physical counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics: Liaise with the purchasing and logistics departments for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries.
• Oversee warehouse operations: Ensure warehouse activities like receiving, storing, and shipping are efficient and meet quality and safety standards.
• Analyze data: Track inventory usage, analyze data to forecast future needs, and generate reports on inventory performance.
• Improve processes: Identify and implement ways to improve inventory management processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Required skills and qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field is often required.
• Software: Proficiency with inventory management software (like ERP systems) and MS Office, especially Excel, is crucial.
