1. Manages and prepare all necessary documentation for the import and export of the goods with relevant regulations and industry standards.
2. Maintain accurate records of all import and export includes shipment details, documentation and compliance records.
3. coordinate with various departments such as logistics, finance and customs to ensure smooth and efficient process.
4. Prepare reports on all the activities involve in import export including shipment status, documentation and issues encountered.
Candidate should have Knowledge of Import Export process which includes invoice making, BRC (Bank realization certificate) etc.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience is required
• Bachelor's degree from any recognized university
• Experience in import export operations
• Knowledge of customs and regulations
• Attention to details and accuracy in documentation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS office ( Word, Excel etc.)
