Commercial Invoice

Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies

Coordinating with CHA (Custom House Agent) for customs clearance

Filing Bill of Entry and tracking shipment status

2️⃣ Coordination & Communication

Liaising with:

Overseas suppliers

Freight forwarders

Shipping lines & airlines

Customs brokers

Transporters

Coordinating with internal departments (Finance, Purchase, Warehouse)

Tracking shipments and updating stakeholders
